Partner

Adam Eggebrecht

Adam grew up in an entrepreneurial family and worked in finance before moving to Arizona and co-founding Regroup Coffee + Bicycles in Scottsdale in 2016. Regroup is where his love of cycling and his interest in building businesses meet, and he is growing it from a Tempe shop into a brand cyclists follow across the country.

He is an avid cyclist and golfer, studies the great entrepreneurs, and loves to travel with his wife.

Partner

Andrew Holland

Andrew started his career in accounting, earning his CPA and joining Ernst & Young. Since then he has looked for gaps in the market and moved fast to fill them. He co-founded Holland Brothers Construction in Wisconsin in 2013 with his brother, brought it to Arizona, and runs it today as HBC Decks.

He is an avid reader of biographies and autobiographies, and outside of work he spends as much time as he can with his nieces and nephews.

What we've learned

  • Everything takes longer than you think.
  • Treat people with respect, competitors included. You never know what someone else is going through, so give grace whenever you can.

The name

In a paceline, riders take turns at the front so the group can travel farther and faster than any one of them could alone. That's how we try to work.
