Businesses we operate and invest in.

Regroup opened in Scottsdale in 2016 as a bike shop with a coffee bar inside it, and moved to Tempe in 2021. A lot of Phoenix-area rides start and end there.

The shop builds custom bikes, does professional bike fitting, services bikes and builds wheels by hand, and serves specialty coffee. The fitting studio uses multi-camera motion capture, saddle pressure mapping, and computational aerodynamic analysis.

We build a lot of Regroup’s software ourselves: a motion-analysis app for bike fitting, a shared data layer that connects the store’s systems, and internal tools for operations and finance. AI is a big part of how a small business like this can compete with much larger ones.
